From idea to launch

Every step is clear, no surprises. You always know what’s happening now and next.

Step 1

Get to know the task

You write in Telegram in your own words — what hurts and what you want. No 10-page briefs. I ask a few questions and I see the picture.

Step 2

An honest ballpark

I tell you what’s really needed (and what’s not), what it’ll cost and how long. A “from–to” range, no surprises later.

Step 3

Work in stages

I split it up and show progress. You see interim results, give feedback — we move in small, clear steps.

Step 4

Edits until it’s right

We take it to a result you like. Formally a round of edits, really — often 2–3 iterations, to make it good.

Step 5

Launch & handover

I launch, hand over all access, code and accounts to you. I show you how to use it. You’re fully independent.

Support, if needed

I stay in touch. Need a tweak, a new feature, or just a question — message me and we continue. I play the long game.
